🌿 Stop Coughing in 3 Days! Natural Bronchitis Recipe with Onion and Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion (preferably red or yellow)
  • 2–3 tablespoons of natural honey (raw organic honey is best)
  • 1 glass jar with a lid (sterilized)
  • Optional:
    • 1 small lemon (for extra vitamin C)
    • A pinch of black pepper or ginger (to enhance effectiveness)

🧪 Why It Works:

  • Onion is a natural expectorant. It helps break down mucus and reduce inflammation in the airways.
  • Honey has antibacterial and soothing properties. It coats the throat and calms the cough reflex.
  • Lemon (optional) adds vitamin C to boost the immune system.
  • Ginger/pepper (optional) can warm the body and improve circulation.

🥄 Preparation Instructions:

  1. Peel and finely slice the onion into thin rings or small pieces.
  2. Place the sliced onion in the bottom of the jar.
  3. Pour honey over the onion until it’s fully covered.
  4. Cover the jar and let it sit for at least 6–8 hours, or preferably overnight at room temperature.
    • During this time, the onion will release its juice and mix with the honey, creating a natural syrup.
  5. After that, strain the syrup (optional) or leave the onion pieces inside if you prefer.

  • Adults: Take 1 tablespoon of the syrup 3 times a day.
  • Children over 1 year old: Take 1 teaspoon 2–3 times a day.
