🌾 Rice & Water Collagen Face Mask Recipe
Claim: Helps reduce wrinkles, improve skin elasticity, and give a youthful glow.
🧾 Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of white rice (organic if possible)
- 1 tablespoon of milk (preferably whole milk or rice milk for sensitive skin)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (natural, raw honey recommended)
- 1 cup of water
🍲 Instructions:
- Boil the rice:
- Place 3 tablespoons of rice in a small pot with 1 cup of water.
- Cook over medium heat until the rice softens (10–15 minutes).
- Do not throw away the water!
- Strain the rice:
- Drain the rice and keep the water aside in a clean container (this is your rice water toner).
- Mix the mask:
- In a bowl, mash the boiled rice until it forms a smooth paste.
- Add 1 tablespoon of warm milk.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Mix well until you get a creamy consistency.
🧴 How to Use:
- Cleanse your face thoroughly before applying the mask.
- Apply the mask evenly on your face and neck using clean fingers or a brush.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes or until it starts to tighten slightly.
- Rinse off with the reserved rice water to enhance the brightening and toning effect.
- Pat dry and follow with a light moisturizer.

- Use 2 to 3 times a week for best results.
- You should begin noticing smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin in 2–3 weeks with consistent use.
