🌿 Morning Detox Drink Recipe

Cleanses the body – Supports blood pressure, sugar, and weight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber (medium-sized, peeled if not organic)
  • 1 lemon (fresh, organic if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated or thinly sliced)
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves (optional, for digestion & flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (helps regulate blood sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for fiber & satiety)
  • 2 cups (about 500 ml) of filtered water

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
    Peel cucumber if the skin is waxy or not organic.
  2. Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
    (Remove lemon seeds to avoid bitterness.)
  3. In a large glass jar or pitcher, add:
    • Cucumber slices
    • Lemon slices
    • Grated ginger
    • Mint leaves
    • Cinnamon powder
    • Chia seeds (if using)
  4. Pour in the filtered water.
    Stir well to mix.
  5. Let it sit overnight in the fridge, or at least 2–4 hours before drinking. This allows nutrients to infuse into the water.

☀️ How to Use It:

  • Drink 1 glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • You can sip the rest throughout the day if desired.
  • Drink daily for best results over time.
