Toxii, as she’s known online, recently hit the headlines after admitting to cutting off her nose – and keeping it in a jar.
She claims to be the first woman in the world to go through the procedure for cosmetic reasons.
The 31-year-old from Belgium, who has “horns” implanted into her forehead, started the extreme transformation just four years ago.

Now, she’s covered head-to-toe in ink; though it’s not to everyone’s taste.
In a clip, which has racked up 50.9m views and 658,000 likes, she films herself while looking in the mirror.
“Sometimes people are scared [of me],” the body modification artist told Need To Know.

“[They’re] really rude.
“[Though] some people are nice and try to understand me.”
Toxii also sports black eyeballs, a split tongue and even has no earlobes, or the top part of her ears.

The top half of her body is covered in black out ink and she has various implants, as well as scarifications.
The artist, from Belgium, has built up a thick skin to the comments she gets online.
In the video, she’s wearing a black latex dress and choker with spikes.
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions.

“Why the f**k would someone do that to themself,” Haidar said.
Another user added: “Omg she looks so scary what’s happening to our world.”
“I bet reaching the back of the nose when it’s itchy is no longer a problem,” someone else commented.
Although other people were in favour of her unique look.
Paige said: “Idc what anyone says, you’re f**king awesome.”
“You’re very beautiful,” Yusup added.
