✨ Ingredients:
- 2–3 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional – soothes skin)
- Cotton pad or clean cloth
🧴 Instructions:
- Crush the garlic cloves to extract the juice. You can use a garlic press or mash finely and squeeze through a clean cloth or strainer.
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic juice with lemon juice. Add honey if you have sensitive skin.
- Soak a cotton pad in the mixture and apply it directly to the area where you want to reduce hair (e.g., upper lip, chin, underarms, bikini line).
- Leave on for 15–20 minutes. You may feel a tingling or slight burning sensation — that’s normal but monitor for irritation.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water and apply a gentle moisturizer or aloe vera gel.
- Repeat 3–4 times per week. Over time, the mixture may weaken hair follicles, leading to thinner and slower regrowth.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Always do a patch test before applying to larger or sensitive areas.
- Do not use on broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin.
- Garlic is strong and may cause skin irritation if left too long — never exceed 20 minutes per session.
- This is not a medical-grade permanent solution but a traditional method that may reduce hair gradually.
