Audio of the Hulk Hogan 911 call emerged Thursday following the death of the wrestling legend at the age of 71, with operators noting the matter pertained to a “cardiac arrest.”
In the brief clip obtained by TMZ, an operator can be heard dispatching medics to the WWE icon’s residence in Clearwater, Fla., where he was stretchered out and placed in an ambulance.

The sports world, particularly the wrestling community, mourned the loss of the icon.
“WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away,” WWE wrote Thursday in a message on X.

“One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s. WWE extends its condolences to Hogan’s family, friends, and fans.”
“The world lost a treasure today,” Vince McMahon posted on X on Thursday. “Hulk Hogan was the greatest WWE Superstar of ALL TIME, someone who was loved and admired around the world. He was a trailblazer, the first performer who transitioned from being a wrestling star into a global phenomenon.
Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, underwent a neck procedure this past spring.
