🍵 Mango Leaf Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5–7 fresh or dried mango leaves (preferably organic)
- 2 cups of water
- Optional: A few drops of lemon juice or 1 tsp of honey (for flavor)
Instructions:
- Rinse the mango leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Once the water starts boiling, add the mango leaves.
- Let it simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime.
