✨ Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber (medium-sized, peeled if not organic)
- 1 lemon (fresh, organic if possible)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated or thinly sliced)
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves (optional, for digestion & flavor)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (helps regulate blood sugar)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for fiber & satiety)
- 2 cups (about 500 ml) of filtered water
🥣 Instructions:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel cucumber if the skin is waxy or not organic. - Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
(Remove lemon seeds to avoid bitterness.) - In a large glass jar or pitcher, add:
- Cucumber slices
- Lemon slices
- Grated ginger
- Mint leaves
- Cinnamon powder
- Chia seeds (if using)
- Pour in the filtered water.
