🍊 Cleanse Your Kidney, Liver & Lungs with Orange and Ginger

🧪 Ingredients:

  • 2 medium oranges (or substitute with 1 large lemon if preferred)
  • 1–2 inches fresh ginger root (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (optional for anti-inflammatory boost)
  • A pinch of black pepper (helps absorb turmeric and enhances cleansing effect)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the ginger. Grate or slice it thinly.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the oranges (or lemon).
  3. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  4. Add the ginger slices and reduce to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in the fresh orange juice, turmeric (if using), and black pepper.
  7. Optional: add 1 tbsp raw honey for sweetness and antibacterial benefits.
  8. Strain the drink into a cup or jar if you prefer it smooth.

🕒 How to Use:

  • Drink 1 cup warm on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • You can also take another cup in the evening before bed.
  • Use daily for 5–7 days for a light detox — or 2–3 times per week for maintenance.
